Conditions of WIN experiences
Featured experiences are carried out with a minimum number of participants of two persons (private WIN car) to a maximum of eight persons (private WIN van or yacht). For one participant or more than eight can be arranged a personalized private experience via e-mail.
Tour variations and cancellations may occur due to extreme weather conditions, vineyard closures and last-minute changes received from vineyards or traffic disruptions. If any of these circumstances should arise, WIN will revise the itinerary to impact as little as possible on the remainder of the tour.
All tours, except the boat one, are happening even on a rainy day with an alternative degustation plan. In case of severe weather, the organizer has the right to cancel or postpone the experience, with the right to a full refund.
We reserve the right to alter any part of the itinerary without notice.
We reserve the right to use alternate vehicles and operators where required.
Individuals are responsible for any damage inflicted on our vehicles. Any damage inflicted to the vehicle by patrons will be paid in full by them within seven (7) days including a cleaning fee of no less than $100.
We require from you to choose the pick-up location 24h before departure time. There is no refund for passengers who miss the van because they changed their pick-up location and did not inform us or failed to arrive at the pick-up location for the scheduled departure time. No responsibility is taken for passengers leaving pick up locations if our vehicles are not present at the scheduled departure time.
Wineries have the right to refuse service and refuse admission. WIN will not be held responsible for any damage caused intentionally or otherwise to people or property/venues and the passengers and / or organizer will be held liable to cover any additional costs incurred.
Customers must be able to prove they are over 18 years to consume alcohol at wineries using approved identification.
These tours are specifically designed for adults. Our vehicles are not equipped with appropriate ‘child’ restraints.
